Zignaly is closing: how to withdraw your funds

Nothing is locked. You'll withdraw your funds as always, and you have until 1 December 2026 to do it.

First, the most important thing: nothing is being frozen or locked. You'll withdraw your money as always: it'll be in your Zignaly balance, ready to send to your own wallet. And we're giving everyone enough time to do it calmly, until 1 December 2026.

Here's what happens and what you need to do.

Key dates

  • 15 October 2026: new sign-ups and new investments stop.

  • 16 October 2026 at 10:00 UTC: we close all trading services and Z-Indexes, except Private Credit services, and your funds go back to your Zignaly balance.

  • 1 November 2026: last day to request a Private Credit withdrawal.

  • 1 December 2026 at 23:59 UTC: last day to withdraw. The app closes after that.

If your money is in a trading service or a Z-Index

At 10:00 UTC on 16 October, we close every trading service and Z-Index at once (Private Credit works differently, see below) and your funds go back to your Zignaly balance. You don't need to request anything, and if you'd already requested an exit, there's nothing else to do.

Then withdraw as always:

  1. Log in at app.zignaly.com.

  2. Open the menu under your profile picture (top right) and go to My Balances.

  3. Next to USDT, click the minus button (Withdraw).

  4. Paste the address of your own wallet. It must be a USDT address on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20).

  5. Enter the amount, or click Max to withdraw everything. Then click Continue and confirm.

You can withdraw everything at once or in several goes, whenever it suits you, until 1 December 2026.

If you're invested in Private Credit

Private Credit works differently. Your money is lent through financing agreements with fixed terms, so under those contracts it takes a little longer to come back.

  1. Request your withdrawal: in My Portfolio, choose Withdraw Investment on your Private Credit position.

  2. Within one month of your request, the funds reach your Zignaly balance. We'll email you as soon as they do.

  3. Withdraw them as always, following the steps above.

That's why it's important to request it as soon as possible, and by 1 November 2026 at the latest, so your funds arrive in time. If you haven't requested it by then, we'll do it for you: the funds will reach your Zignaly balance within one month, and we'll email you when they're there.

Before you withdraw

  • Double-check the address: it must be a USDT address on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). Funds sent to an address on another network may not be recoverable.

  • You'll see any fee on screen before you confirm.

  • Any withdrawal of 10,000 USDT or more needs a quick identity check with our support team (see Withdrawals of 10,000 USDT or more). If many people withdraw at once and we can't finish your check within 24 hours, we'll keep your withdrawal on hold until we do, instead of cancelling it.

  • If you change your password or 2FA, withdrawals are paused for 24 hours for security.

  • Keep your records: export your transaction history (My Balances, then Transaction History, then Export All) before 1 December. You won't be able to log in after that.

Stay safe

Moments like this attract scammers. We'll never ask for your password, private keys or wallet credentials, and we'll never ask you to send funds to "release" or "unlock" your balance. Withdraw only from app.zignaly.com, and talk to us only through the support chat in the app or at [email protected]. More tips: How to avoid scams.

After 1 December

Please withdraw before 1 December. After that date, app.zignaly.com closes and you won't be able to log in, but your money isn't lost: we'll keep a record of every remaining balance and set those funds aside for you. You'll still be able to claim them for at least 12 months, but it'll be a slower, manual process: you'll need to email us at [email protected] and verify your identity before we can send them. That's why we strongly recommend withdrawing within the deadline.
