During the closure
Zignaly will never ask you to pay a fee, make a deposit or send crypto to "release", "unlock" or "speed up" your funds.
Zignaly will never ask for your password, 2FA codes, private keys, seed phrase or wallet credentials.
We will never contact you first through private messages on Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord or social media.
There is no recovery service, migration, token or airdrop linked to the closure.
Withdraw only from app.zignaly.com, and talk to us only through the support chat in the app or at [email protected].
If someone contacts you with any of these requests, do not reply and report it to our support team.
Check the address
Scammers create fake Zignaly websites. Before you log in, check that you are on https://app.zignaly.com/. The Help Center is https://help.zignaly.com/.
Watch out for phishing
Be careful with emails or messages that claim to be from Zignaly, especially if they ask for sensitive information or push you to click a link. Type our address in your browser or use a bookmark instead.
Double-check your withdrawal address
Send your funds only to a wallet you own. Check the address carefully: it must be a USDT address on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20).
Keep 2FA on
Two-factor authentication means that even if someone gets your password, they cannot access your account.
