If you've recently submitted a withdrawal of 10,000 USDT or more and it hasn't been processed yet, don't worry. Your funds are safe. This is part of a new security measure introduced to protect large transfers from unauthorized access. Here's what's happening and how to release your withdrawal.
Why this check exists
Large withdrawals are a common target for account takeover attempts. To protect your funds, every withdrawal of 10,000 USDT or more is placed on hold until our Customer Success team confirms it's really you.
This is in addition to the standard KYC you completed at signup. It's an extra layer specifically for high-value transfers, not a replacement.
How to release your withdrawal
1. Submit your withdrawal as usual
Request the withdrawal from the platform the same way you always do. There's nothing different on your side.
2. Open the support chat
Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the app.
Send us a short message letting us know you've just submitted a large withdrawal and you'd like to release it.
3. Send the documents we will request
To confirm it's really you, our team will ask for:
A clear photo of yourself holding a valid government-issued ID (passport, national ID or driver's license) and a piece of paper with the text "Zignaly" and today's date in YYYY/MM/DD format.
A separate clear picture of the same ID, fully visible.
Brief details that confirm account ownership: current balance, services you're invested in, recent deposit or withdrawal info, and screenshots of past emails from Zignaly if you have them on hand.
4. Wait for confirmation
Once we verify the request, we release the withdrawal promptly. We do not start additional checks beyond this one.
Tips for a faster verification
Take the photo with good lighting. Every detail on the ID must be legible.
Use today's date in YYYY/MM/DD format. Older dates will be rejected.
Don't crop, blur or cover any part of the ID.
Send everything in the same conversation to avoid back-and-forth.
What if I don't contact support?
Your withdrawal is held for up to 24 hours while we verify it. If we have not been able to approve it within that time, the withdrawal request is automatically cancelled. Your funds stay safe in your account, they are never sent, and you can submit a new withdrawal whenever you are ready. You can also cancel the withdrawal yourself from the platform at any time.
