These are some of the most frequently asked questions and troubleshooting tips. If your questions are not answered here and you still need help, feel free to contact support!

Can I connect my profit-sharing API to Binance?

It's impossible as Profit Sharing is a Binance sub-account.

How do I create a service?

You can create a Profit Sharing service in the new interface by simply clicking "Offer your trading services" on the main page: https://app.zignaly.com/become-trader

Where can I see my open position?

Profit sharing will allow you to check your positions through API. Currently, there is one way to get the APIs which is to create a new service directly your Zignaly Account; Wealth Managers can create, manage, and delete APIs.

Connect the APIs to any external platform

These APIs enable you to connect your PS2 services to an external Trading Terminal! This is only possible with platforms that use Binance API, such as HyperTrader, Wundertrader, Ninja Trader, Altrady, and Coinigy, or any complex algorithm integrated with Binance API!

How is the API key binding provided? Are we going to do this manually?

Yes, you should be able to create, edit, and delete your API manually by following this article: How To Create Zignaly API's

My Profit Sharing service was listed, but I can't see it in the Marketplace. Why is that?

Your Profit Sharing service may not be visible in the Marketplace because its Z-Score has fallen below 40 points. This automatic visibility adjustment feature hides services from view if their Z-Score is below this threshold. However, your service is not fully delisted; it will reappear in the Marketplace once the Z-Score reaches 40 points or higher.

How can investors confirm that their funds are in Zignaly?

All traders have access to the APIs of the sub-accounts where the funds are held. This data is displayed directly by Binance, ensuring full transparency.

How can investors verify that Zignaly is an official Binance Broker?

Zignaly is officially recognized as a Binance Broker. You can verify this through Binance’s official broker list:Binance Broker Link.

How are new investments incorporated into existing positions?

New funds added to the pool by investors are not automatically included in existing positions. If you wish to allocate new investments to current positions, this must be done manually.

What are the Account Types seen in Manage Funds?

In Profit Sharing services, there are two distinct accounts: the Trading Funds and the Standby Funds. The Wealth Manager is the only one who can transfer between the accounts in both directions.

  1. Trading Funds Account

The Trading Funds is the trading account where the service strategy is applied. This means that the funds from all investors will be available here so that you can operate with them.

  2. Standby Funds Account

This account is the point of entry and exit for the Profit Sharing service's funds.

Key Information

  • Every time an investor requests a withdrawal, the requested amount for withdrawal will be reflected in the standby funds in front of "Needed for the daily snapshot." As a service manager, it is crucial to consistently review these standby funds, preferably daily. Please release funds to ensure your Z-score and avoid investor dissatisfaction.

  • If the value of "Available for withdrawals" is equal to or greater than the value of "Needed for the daily snapshot," all pending withdrawals will be completed during the daily accounting.

    ✅ Example A
    Available for withdrawals: 100 USDT
Needed for the daily snapshot: 85 USDT

100 is enough to cover the 85 USDT the investors request to withdraw from your service.

    Example B
    Available for withdrawals: 85 USDT
Needed for the daily snapshot: 100 USDT

There will be 15 USDT pending for the next day's accounting.

  • The "Available for withdrawals" represents the funds accessible in the Standby account. There are two primary ways to increase funds in this account:

    • Increasing funds through new investments: When a new user invests in a service for the first time, an existing investor increases their current investment.

    • Wealth Manager transfers from the Trading Fund to the Standby Account.

  • The "Minimum balance" option automatically reduces the available balance of the Standby account after a PSDS. It transfers all the funds above the minimum to the Trading Fund account.
