Lost Access to Your 2FA or Account

How to recover access to your account so you can withdraw your funds.

The Zignaly platform is closing. You can withdraw your funds until 1 December 2026 at 23:59 UTC. Read: Zignaly is closing: how to withdraw your funds.

To withdraw your funds you need access to your Zignaly account. If you have lost access to your 2FA, or you think your account has been compromised, our team can help you recover it.

Lost access to your 2FA

Contact our support team through the chat and have the following ready:

  • A clear photo of yourself holding the ID you used for verification (KYC) and a handwritten note with "Zignaly" and today's date (YYYY/MM/DD).

  • A separate picture of the same ID, as clear as possible.

  • Account details that confirm you are the owner, such as your deposit and withdrawal history, the services or Z-Indexes you invested in, previous conversations with support and screenshots of emails you received from Zignaly.

Send everything in the same conversation and our team will continue with your account recovery.

Hacked account

If you think your email or password has been compromised, contact our support team through the chat in the app or at [email protected].

The recovery process is very similar to the 2FA reset. You will need identification documents that match the ones you used for your Zignaly KYC, plus a new email address for the account.

During the recovery, withdrawals are frozen to protect your funds until the verification and the cooldown period are completed.

If you still have access to your account and suspect a breach, change your password immediately and enable 2FA if it is not active yet.

Good to know

  • After changing your password or 2FA, withdrawals are paused for 24 hours for security.

  • Zignaly will never ask you for your password, your 2FA codes or a payment to recover your account.

  • Start the recovery as soon as possible: the last day to withdraw is 1 December 2026 at 23:59 UTC.
