Phase 1: Onboarding (Pre-Work)
Sales agreement between Zignaly and White Label owner
Contract details.
Payment terms.
Any special agreements.
Signature.
The sales team will then share that information with the account manager team, who will take over the onboarding process.
Account management
Two account managers will be assigned.
The account managers create a private Slack channel.
Invite the WL owner and relevant team members from both sides.
Pin important docs (like the WL Checklist) for easy access.
Schedule the mandatory meeting call to complete the template.
Phase 2: Gathering requirements during the meeting
During the meeting, your dedicated account manager will collect the following details (more if required):
Name for the White Label.
The admin email you will use.
Domain purchased (including slug if needed).
Two versions of your logo (600x100px and 1200x627px).
Logo for email (dark letters, 600x100px).
Favicon (512x512px).
Transactional email details (sender and reply-to addresses).
Terms of Service and Privacy Policy URLs.
Required platform languages.
Phase 3: WL Checklist & Task Management
The WL checklist is a central project management tool that tracks all the steps required to deliver your White Label successfully.
At the start of the project, you will receive access to a dedicated checklist that outlines every task, organized by responsible party (Zignaly or WL owner).
Clear visibility: You always know the current status of your White Label development.
Defined responsibilities: Each task specifies whether it’s Zignaly’s or your team's responsibility.
Sequential progress: Tasks are organized in a logical order; we cannot move to the next step until the previous one is completed.
Maintaining an updated checklist allows both sides to spot pending items early and resolve them quickly, avoiding delays and ensuring a fast and efficient WL launch.
Phase 4: Development & Testing
Domain & DNS Configuration: We’ll provide any required DNS (CNAME/TXT) records for your WL. You simply copy and paste those into your DNS provider.
Email & Branding Checks: Our team sets up your transactional emails so they show your brand details (logo, “From” address, etc.).
Phase 5: Training & Launch
Receive Credentials: We’ll provide your Back Office (BO) login details so you can manage users, review deposits/withdrawals, and handle support requests.
Training Session: We’ll walk you through the BO’s key features, ensuring you’re comfortable running day-to-day operations.
Final Review: Once your White Label is ready, we’ll schedule a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations.
Complete Payment (If Applicable): If there’s a remaining balance, we’ll request it upon delivery.
Go Live & Support: Your WL has officially launched. If you need help afterward, our team is here to provide continued support.
Total Timeframe: ~4 weeks
