For access to the Back Office, you would need a certain IP Whitelist and Credentials (which we provide for the WL Owner and its employees).

User Management

The USERS section allows you to manage and monitor user accounts:

  • ID: Unique identifier for each user.

  • E-Mail: User's registered email address.

  • Access Level: Set user permissions using a drop-down list of different statuses.

  • KYC: Manage Know Your Customer verification status through a drop-down list.

Access Level and KYC Statuses:

  • Not Verified: User Without KYC.

  • KYC Pending: KYC in Progress.

  • Frozen: It blocks a user with a suspicious transaction (deposit/withdrawal) requiring manual review.

  • KYC Expired: This can happen when the document submitted is expired.

  • Normal: The standard access level after completing KYC.

  • Support: WL Support Team.

  • Admin: WL Admin.

  • Banned: Banned from Platform.
