There are many exchanges and payment methods you can use to buy cryptocurrency before depositing it into Zignaly. In this guide, we’ll illustrate one of the most common workflows: purchasing USDT on a centralized exchange (CEX), Bybit, and then transferring it to your Zignaly wallet.
We use Bybit as an example because, under MiCA regulations, it currently allows users to purchase USDT on the BSC (BEP20) network, the token and network currently supported for deposits on Zignaly.
Please keep in mind that this is only one of the possible methods. You should always check which exchange, payment provider, network, and funding option best fits your needs and complies with the regulations in your country.
1. Sign Up or Log In to Bybit
To visit the official Bybit website, please go to: https://www.bybit.com
Open the Bybit website or app and sign in using your account details. If you don’t have an account yet, you’ll need to create one by completing the registration process and any required verification (KYC), depending on your region.
2. Access the Deposit/Buy Crypto Section
Once logged in, navigate to the “Deposit” area from the main menu. This section allows you to purchase fiat currency or crypto using local payment methods or transfer crypto from an external wallet.
3. Choose Your Payment Method

Generate Your Deposit Address

A unique deposit address will be generated for your account.

6. Track the Transaction

Return to the Zignaly platform in the “My Balances” tab.

Enter the amount you want to invest in the Z-Index (Balanced, Conservative, Advanced).
Check both confirmation boxes to acknowledge the conditions and that your funds will be transferred to the Service Pool and that withdrawals follow the daily accounting cycle.
Once everything is confirmed, click "Transfer Now" to complete your allocation.
Your investment will then be automatically deployed into the selected Z-Index.
Common Issues & Solutions
My Deposit Hasn’t Arrived
Ensure you sent the funds to the correct deposit address and used the correct network.
Check the blockchain explorer for transaction confirmations.
Some transactions take longer due to network congestion.

I used the Wrong Network/Wrong Coin
Unfortunately, if the deposit was sent via an unsupported network or in an asset other than USDT, the funds may be lost.
