How are staking rewards calculated for the Pre-Mainnet program?
Staking rewards are calculated based on the amount of ZIG staked and the duration of the staking period. The more and the longer you have staked, the higher the rewards. The rewards are to be paid out once you bridge to the ZIGChain mainnet.
How do I unstake my ZIG tokens from the Pre-Mainnet Platform?
To unstake your ZIG tokens:
Go to the “Unstake” tab to see all your staked ZIG.
You can select the batch and amount you want to unstake and complete the transaction. The unstaked tokens will appear directly into your DeFi wallet.
What should I do if the old platform says I don’t own any ZIG while trying to unstake?
If the old platform indicates that you don’t own any ZIG tokens, you should:
Ensure your wallet is connected and that the correct network is active.
Contact our Support Team via the official channels
Ensure you are on the correct URL/Website
When will I start receiving my pre-mainnet staking rewards?
First, you unstake from the pre-mainnet staking program, then you bridge from ERC-20 to ZIGChain. You need to bridge at least 90% of your previously staked amount to ZIGChain by November 5th.
This will sync your ERC-20 wallet with your new ZIG wallet address, allowing you to claim your rewards here: https://hub.zigchain.com/claim-rewards/
Please note that rewards will not be distributed all at once. They will be distributed over a 180-day period and require manual claiming on your part.

Are there any fees associated with staking, unstaking, and rewards claims?
Network transaction fees (gas fees) will be associated with staking, unstaking and claims. These fees are determined by the blockchain network. Ensure your wallet has enough funds to cover these fees.
What is the unbonding period?
Since the program ended, there will be no unbonding period for the Pre-Mainnet Program, you just need to unstake and perform the Bridge from your ERC-20 wallet to your new ZIGChain wallet address. Can I unstake all my ZIG tokens at once if they were staked in multiple transactions?
The old platform treats each staking transaction separately to keep things transparent and straightforward. For example, if you staked 100,000 ZIG in two different transactions (50,000 ZIG each), you unstake them separately for enhanced traceability.
