What are the differences between connecting to a Copytrader or to a Signal Provider?

Copy Trading is 100% automated For everybody (No settings)

Copy trading lets you copy expert traders automatically and hassle-free allowing you to get the same results, while the settings, strategy, and risk management is all handled by the trader.

Notes:

  • you cannot manually exit from a Copytrader position,
the only option is to cancel the position
  • Global Blacklist settings do not apply to Copytrading
Copytraders have management control over the entire allocated balance,
this is useful for their strategy.
Global Blacklist settings will be in effect for Signal Providers

Signal Providers partially automated For advanced users

This will require you to input the settings for your trades.

You will have more management over your trades, allowing you to automatically follow a provider's signals of when to buy, sell, etc. but also options to edit the position settings, and exit the trade.
(some signal providers will have setting recommendations available)
