I have just connected my exchange account but my balance is not appearing

It may take a little while for the new balance to sync on the dashboard, but this is only visual.

You can operate as usual as your funds will be available to you when using the trading terminal, or to allocate to service providers. 

Also, we suggest double-checking that the funds in the external exchange are in the proper wallet.
In Binance there are multiple wallets and funds must be in the right wallet (ex: Spot, Futures, P2P, etc.) In KuCoin, funds must be in the trading account in order to show in Zignaly.
