Detailed steps to KYC verification

Updated over a week ago

All users must complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
This measure is crucial for our adherence to regulatory standards, which we established in partnership with Binance.
Completing the KYC is essential for enhancing security and ensuring full access to our platform's features.

How to complete the verification process

1. Access Your Account KYC

Begin by clicking on the drop-down menu at your screen's top right corner. This menu provides access to various options. Next, click the “Settings” tab and click “KYC''.

2. Initiate Verification

On the KYC page, you’ll find a “Verify” button. Click on it to begin the verification process, redirecting you to a new page.

3. Prepare Your Documents

Before proceeding, make sure you have your verification documents ready.
You can verify your account using any of the following:

  • Driver’s License

  • ID Card

  • Residence Permit

  • Passport

You’ll need to provide your name and date of birth and pass a liveness check.

Tips

Check Document Validity: Make sure your documents are valid and have not expired. The details should be visible without any obstructions or glare.

Follow Instructions Carefully: Pay close attention to the instructions provided during the KYC process. These may include specific actions for the liveness check, such as blinking, smiling, or turning your head, as well as instructions for capturing and uploading your documents.

Do Not Upload Photos: Please do not upload images but instead take them directly with the camera. This is one of the primary issues encountered during the KYC process.

Ensure Good Lighting and Quality: Use a well-lit environment when taking photos of your documents or completing the liveness check. The images should be clear, with no blurs or reflections, to ensure all information is legible.

Double-Check Information: Before submitting your information, double-check all entries for accuracy. Mistakes in your name, date of birth, or address can lead to delays or rejection of your KYC application.

4. Complete the Verification Process

Follow the instructions on the new page to submit your identification and complete the liveness check. Once you've done this, your verification status will be reviewed, and you’ll see an estimated completion date.

5. Check Your Profile

Return to your profile where you initially saw the “Verify” button. The status of your KYC will be displayed there.
