Detailed steps to KYC verification

Updated over 3 months ago

All users must complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
This measure is crucial for our compliance with regulatory standards. Completing the KYC is also essential for enhancing security and ensuring full access to our platform's features, such as depositing and investing.

How to complete the verification process

1. Access Your Account

You can begin by clicking on the drop-down menu at the top right corner of your screen. This menu provides access to various options. Next, click the “Settings” tab and click “KYC.

2. Initiate Verification

On the KYC page, you’ll find a “Verify” button. Click on it to begin the verification process, redirecting you to a new page. If the button fails to redirect you, contact Support to request a direct link to your account.

3. Prepare Your Documents

Before proceeding, make sure you have your verification documents ready.
You can verify your account using any of the following:

  • Passport

  • ID Card

  • Driver License

Make sure your document is valid. If one fails, try another one.
From the documentation you submit, we will extract your name, date of birth, issue and expiry date, ID number, and gender. Please double-check the information extracted and make sure it's all correct.

4. Complete the Verification Process

Follow the instructions on the new page to submit your identification and complete the liveness check. Once you've done this, your verification status will be reviewed.

Tips

Check Document Validity: Make sure your documents are valid and have not expired. The details should be visible without any obstructions or glare.

Follow Instructions Carefully: Pay close attention to the instructions provided during the KYC process. These may include specific actions.

Do Not Upload Photos: Please do not upload images; take them directly with your laptop or phone camera.

Ensure Good Lighting and Quality: Use a well-lit environment when taking photos of your documents or completing the liveness check. The images should be clear, with no blurs or glare, to ensure all information is legible. Please don't blur or cover any parts of your ID.

Double-Check Information: Before submitting your information, double-check all entries for accuracy. Mistakes in your name, date of birth, or address can lead to delays or rejection of your KYC application.

5. Check Your Profile

Return to your profile where you initially saw the “Verify” button. The status of your KYC will be displayed there.
