What does each status mean in the orders I place?

When you are operating in our Trading Terminal you may wonder what has happened with an order if you have noticed that one has not been executed, the first thing you should check is their status.

  • GRAY- Pending to enter, the order has been placed in Zignaly but has not reached the Exchange yet.

If a few seconds have passed and it remains gray, it can be solved by clicking in button -UPDATE POSITION-

  • BLUE- Order placed in the Exchange.

  • GREEN- Order Executed.

  • RED- Skipped, sometimes it happens because there is some error on it that didn't get processed.

When this happens you just need to place the order again and click in button -UPDATE POSITION-

*It may be useful to double-check the status before closing the Trading Terminal once you have opened the position.
