Why can't I log in?

If you have trouble trying to log into your account, please double-check whether you have entered your username and password correctly.

If you are not sure what your password is, click 'forgot password to start the password recovery process!

Other than that, there are 2 possible reasons depending on the error that you see on the screen:

If the error is Wrong Credentials, it means you have entered the wrong email or password. Please double-check to see whether there's a typo when you key in your information and reset your password if necessary.

If there is any other error message, please try the following in this order one by one:

  • Disable any ad-blocker.

  • Use a different browser, chrome is recommended.

  • If using Brave, please disable the shield.

  • Use an incognito window.

  • Deactivate any shields or apps that might be blocking the platform.

  • Clean the cache in your actual browser.

  • Clear the storage (follow the steps in this short video).


If the problem still persists or you are receiving different errors such as "Something went wrong", please contact the Support Team.
