I have connected my API keys but there is an error

  • Please double-check that you have entered the correct API key and secret.

  • Review your API "Restriction Settings" on your exchange account.

  • When creating your API keys, make sure that you have enabled trading permissions for each type of trading:

For Spot,

For Futures,

If you did not enable the right option from the beginning, please delete those API keys and create new ones with the proper settings, then proceed to connect your exchange account to Zignaly.
