I have an error when entering my 2FA authentication code

If you are receiving an error when introducing the code, it could be caused by the following reasons:

  • You enabled authentication for Zignaly on a different device (phone or pc). This could override the previous setup.

  • You have changed your time settings on your device, the authenticator is using your system clock, you might need to set it back to your automatic settings.

  • You are placing the wrong code or the code is not valid anymore. Most authenticators codes will remain valid for around 30 seconds.
