2 Factor Authentication (2FA)

We highly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) because it increases the security of your account.

Each time you sign in, Your authenticator will generate a one-time security code.
It will constantly refresh a new code so that the next time you log in you will be prompted to enter the latest. 6 digits code.

Once you choose an authentication app you want to use, download this on your computer or phone.
An example of mobile authentication app:

  • Google Authenticator

To enable your 2FA on Zignaly, Select the user icon in the top right corner of the page. Select 'Settings' then 'Security'

Click the 'Set Up' button under 2 Factor Authentication.
Next, open your authenticator app and scan the QR code Zignaly has provided

Enter the 6 digit code from your authenticator app then click Enable 2FA

You will now be reverted to sign into Zignaly again with your password and
prompted to enter your 2FA code
